self proclaimed lost girl(?)

i am the rustling of the leaves against the cool breeze, the soft evening rain after a warm day, the waves of the ocean against the sandy coast, the morning on your birthday.

Yet also, i am the blade you wield in harsh moments, the bitter of the concrete as it scrapes your dermis, the blood trickling down your forehead after a blow, the grief in losing someone, the unexplainable fear you feel constantly.

However we feel, it will get better no matter how dark the night is, as it seems neverending, the sun makes an effort to creep back, flooding the earth with its rays.

It will be okay.

i am Malaysian, originating from South East Asia. i can speak malay, but i prefer using english online as to not tarnish my mother tongue.

i consider myself an artist, writer and amatuer programmer. i try to keep my hobbies broad, to keep myself at bay. i am always interested in trying something new!

i am neurodivergient (however you spell it)

i have quite a few special interests, consisting of ANIMALS, specifically CATS, ILLUSTRATION and WORLDBUILDING

WHAT IS LOSERLOST?

LOSERLOST is a personal project of my creation. It consists of many of my characters interacting in their own interconnected universe. I have been creating this universe since i was a young child.

LOSERLOST is also the catchall name for my various accounts scattered on the interweb.

It is also the name of this website! (obviously.)

WHY IS LOSERLOST?

i havent fully considered honestly...

it stemmed as an impulse project and i realized "hey i actually fucking love coding (albiet poorly)" . It serves as an outlet to express myself and share my experiences in the form of storylines. The website was created for me to decompress but i end up more stressed because my code gets frequently fucked up . Its happening less though.

as for why its called loserlost, its a mashup between the word "loser" and "lost cause". its also a play on the phrase "going, going, gone" as "loser, loser, lost".

HOW IS LOSERLOST

i discovered neocities through a video by youtuber OKAYXAIREN in her video aptly titled "NEOCITIES.ORG", linked below

i created the website about a week after watching the video, but abandoned it for like, about 5 months until i randomly got interested and started learning html through many resources i cannot recall and my lord and saviour, W3SCHOOLS. throughout the lifetime of this website i have it god knows how many times.

as for the website's state, its currently alive and well (i presume! im not the website, i am simply the caretaker.) and its growing!

i have alot planned for this website , and doing it all will take a while. But i am determined nonetheless!

i hope i dont get carpal tunnel like toby fox doing this LOL
